anyone here have problems with the revhard intake manifold? i noticed the fittings they give ya are prety hard to put in. and i dont wanna grind it or anything cuz itll prob leak.
i heard if you have a GSR head you have to shave a lil bit off the alternator side of the bottom of the intake manifold for clearnace issues no leaking problems
Are you serious, I have not even tried to put it on yet. So you actually have to get this manifold machined to have proper fitament?

No u don't I ran one on my ls/vtec turbo car, and had no problems at all, and the reason why the fittings they give you are hard to get in, is because they are NPT thread, which, pipe thread gets fatter the farther you tighten in down. Its no big deal use some plumbers tape, and u will be fine.I loved the manifold.I actually saw a 15 horse gain in peak power on the dyno compared to a stock gsr manifold.
