Here are the problems,

1: The solenoid seems to be continuously active, there is a ticking sound from the solenoid box.(even when the car is off)
2: It completely drains my battery.
3: With the controller OFF, I boost until my boost cut-off, which is 10psi. I only have a 7.43psi spring in my Tial 38mm.

So there are the symptoms, And I need a diagnostic please.

does the unit power off when you shut the car off?
Check n c if you have it wired to a 12v constant instead of 12v ignition power source.. While your at it you might aswell look at the grounds.

 

anything else?

 

bad solenoid, got water in it?
