As the title states, my boost drops off from 10-11psi down to 8-9 in the higher rpm range on my 15g. I have the orginal greddy profec b on there and on my low boost setting it will hold 7 psi to redline. when i run high boost, it just drops right off. Ive heard a cause of this could be the turbo running out of breath, however, I thought these turbos were good to 15psi. 10psi doesnt seem like it would be too much for it. My in on the controller is off the intake mani and the out goes to my wastegate. I've played with the balance and still haven't been abel to get it to hold. By using the dip switches, i switched it to overboost mode...what does this mode actually do? anything for my situation? Lastly, would adjusting the wastegate arm up from 5.5 help at all?TIA

i have a 15g and I dont have the problem with my EBC. sounds like a configuration problem or a crappy controller.

it did this same thing with my crappy homemade mbc and i thoguht getting an ebc would fix it. Would a leak at the donwpipe elbow cause this?its not a huge leak...but i know there is one there

my old MBC does did that also, it would hit 10 psi early then drop to about 7-8 psi depending on how hard I started in boost
