Default Problem with SMC install!

I hooked up my SMC 500 and now I throw a code 13 which is a barrometric pressure code. I try to reset it by either pulling the ground or pulling the ecu fuse, but it doesnt go away? Any idea what the cause is? My car runs ok but idles weird, im guessing because its in limp mode from the code? Any help would be appreciated!

Richen the idle fuel mixture. The SMC500 and all other SMCs have adjustablility settings to adapt to various setups.

When idling the car surges a little. What would be a good starting point to put the fuel to?

Richen the Idle to 1.5K region at decreasing increments until it suits your setup. For example, from -35% richen the mixture to -33%, determine it's effect, then richen a bit more to -31% until idle is stable. Conversely, you can lean out the mixture by increasing the correction from -35% to -37% and so on.

Have you already performed the ECU reset procedure I sent you via email and have calibrated the SMC settings to suit your setup?

Well, I got rid of the code. I have got the whole rpm set fine except for the 0-1000 rpm range.
1-2 =37
2-3=35
3-4=35
4-5=35

and so on..... My idle however is at 30 and it surges a little, if i move either way 3% it does the same thing, but if I go any further the car dies? Is that the best idle im gonna get??
