You need to list all your mods so we can help you out. and ask yourself did you mess with anything or install anything right before the code came on?

Check your fuel pressure. I got that code one time. My FPR adjusted itself to around 120 psi. I turned the fuel pressure back down, resetted the ecu, and the car ran fine.

if it goes away by switching ecu's its obviously an electrical problem...sometimes when map sensor goes bad it goes into limp mode and runs full rich.

you need to diagnose it farther before asking for help.

FAST: If that post of diagnosing was to TurboEG....The car has been trouble shot many times. TurboEG is running 95 civic with GSR swap...Revhard turbo kit....AFC with RC 440s. Fuel pressure is around 30psi....running rich. The chipped P28 adds more fuel with the aggressive curves....when we bump up the fuel pressure doesnt change the code....HAve fun

you need to diagnose it farther before asking for help.
