I am having a little problem. Just got my setup all finished in my civic. I have a hallman top of the line manual boost controller and a delta wastegate... Whats happining is when the controller is in . I unscrew it allmost all the way out. it seems like it catches and surges . i want it set around 10 pounds of boost.. so i am getting a catch around 5 to 7 pounds and stays for a little then lets go to boost cut!!! dont know i think it is the delta wastegate my friend has a tial and said his stays at 7 all the way.. let me know if anyone is having this problem

chances are its the Deltacrap waste gate. Ive never personaly owned one but everything i hear about them is negative....
