he's talking about displacement, not the transmission. THe B16 likes to get to the high rpms, but because it creates very little torque, depending upon use, it can appear "sluggish" compared to the other B-series models that you may consider with that large of a turbocharger. It takes a lot of exhaust energy to get that big sucker moving. I think staying 62mm is the better option, IMHO
Crucian said " dont expect to get the jump on anyone expecially with the b16"
I figured he was talking about the motor but i dont know were he got b16 from because im using a Sleeved 2.0
room to grow. i dont think i have ever had a customer that wants to make XXX horsepower.....and doesnt decide later that they want to make an aditional 100-200+ horsepower lol
i like the 67 because its about as big as you can really go with out having to spend BIG money on a dog box and all the other stuff that goes along with an "outlaw" style car. however its still completely streetable, and makes good power at low boost which is nice for the pump gas / race gas guys.
we use the 62's a lot.....but the minimal difference in spool time on a good set up is well worth the extra horsepower potential in my eyes when you go with the 67. every car, every customer, and every application is different obviously. speaking with this guy on the phone, the 67 makes more sense for him in my opinion

Joe, If u say 6765 is the way to go, thats what i will do. U are the one who built the motor and u will be the one tuning it. So i trust ur decision on what turbo to go with.
I was just asking around on here for peoples experience's, opinions on these turbo's. SEE YA SOON!!!
Ah, yes, you Honda drag racers.. not ALL customers think that way, believe me, but I see where you're coming from. You have more experience with your customer than anyone else, so looks like you're good to go.

TheShodan, Ur the man, no doubt. The input u give to people on here is top notch. I understand excactly why u say i should go with the 6262. Ur input on this situation is much appreciated.
Joe is prolly right that i will want more HP then what i say, Especially because the motor will take more. The 6765 is prolly the way to go for me.
THANKS for everyones input!!! Ill post dyno numbers when its all said and done!!!

Slight change in exhaust wheel size. wouldn't change him all that much to what he wants anyway with larger power. So I'm sure he's getting his 6765 rearin' to go.
