Re: precision sc34 feedback! (GEN2 LS)
had an sc34 the larger of the two t3t4 on my stock block ls at 16 pounds made 300 whp 268 tq and went 11.6 @118 in the quarter mile... good turbo for a street car but if you plan on building the block and upping the boost id go for a little larger turbo

defintely agree with that, have the same turbo as we speak, spools nicely and makes good power

Re: precision sc34 feedback!
old thread.. but for anyone running a search:
we used this turbo on three or four of our cars. we went with the more aggressive trim of the two. we were making 300-330whp or so on our stock-engined cars. all engines were GSR or ITR.
with water/meth i made 350ish on a dynapak, in my ITR.
we swear by these turbos! great power. spool very quickly. perfect for our apps, which was daily driving, occasional 11-sec runs at the drag strip, road course, auto-x, and mountain drives. we usually ran between 10-13psi, which seemed to make the turbo very happy. i can't remember it's efficiency range, though. sorry. i don't have a map with me.
as mentioned above: if you are gonna build a motor for some SERIOUS power, you obviously will want bigger.
