potential of this turbo

I found this turbo on ebay for really cheap. Wondering what this turbo will max out at?

Garrett t3 - SPECS ARE 50 TRIM COMPRESSOR IN .42 A.R HOUSING, 69 TRIM TURBINE WITH .48 HOUSING.

max 15 psi probably? around 250hp?

not to sure on the psi. youd have to find a compressor map.

you could probably make 250 at the wheels with it, not sure on boost levels still

for less than $200, i dunno if its a good deal. It might be a little small.
