I spoke to tech support today and I was told that the warranty doesnt cover this. I asked what does it cover, they said if the unit fries and they see that it wasnt user error then they will cover that, so I have to live with this box and its problems.

^Have you tried running that box on another car to see if it does the same thing? Not doubting you, just suggesting an idea.

Henry from tech support has been great to me. He even called me a few times.

No I havent, if anyone in South Florida is willing to let me hook up my EMS to their car lemme know.
