Don't run junk iridiums.
H-T, Jacobs Ignition recommends extending your spark plug gap as much as possible to acheive the wekaest possible spark that still works... their ignition amplifiers are designed to do this, as well. Notice how MSDs designed to produce as powerful a spark as possible is what NASCAR and other people out to win races use. You see, a lot of people who should be experts, and know better... aren't. I have a couple of blatherings about why iridiums are completely worthless, the best one was a good 1000 word rant 1-1.5 months ago. You should search it up. I am quite confident in my ability to grasp the physics of the situation... unlike some "paid professionals."
NGK stock number #1283, BRK7E-11, for teh win. ZFR7F-11's, if they make them, do a good job too.
