Default BKR6E Spark plugs

Are NGK BKR6E spark plugs ideal for use in a turbo D16Z6????

If not what plugs would u recommend???

you want the 7e's not 6's.

are the 6's a hotter plug??? why shouldnt i use them out of interest?? what makes the 7e's better??

6es are one step colder and the 7 e is two steps colder. most of the turbos like the 2 step colder range
