I need some help guys, Im running a 92-95 Civic EX Greddy turbo kit at 5.5 pounds on a DOHC ZC. Im using a Vortec 12:1 FMU and colder plugs. Everything has been working great until this month. As soon as I hit boost in 2nd gear only my A/F gauge drops to lean!

I was hoping maybe I just got some bad gas but after I filled it up again its still doing it. A few things that where suggested to my where, bad Fuel injectors, bad FPR, bad fuel pump. I just dont understand why it would do this in 2nd only?

If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Stock fuel pump? They tend not to be able to hold high fuel pressures that an FMU demands.

Go with the AFC hack.

I just pulled my plugs, its interesting the bottom has alot of carbon buildup while the top is white?! The plugs are colder then stock so not sure if this is the reason for the carbon buildup

My plugs used to be the same. I'm running 5psi on a t25 right now, I installed a walbro 255lph intake pump and the prongs are much better now. Oh yea, cartech fmu (until i get my 450's back from getting cleaned, I'll install those and the smc)...so I would guess raise the fuel pressure at little at idle w/ a fpr or fuel pump...it seemed to help for me. good luck!
