Default please help OVERHEATING

I have a 99 si b16a2 with JE pistons, eagle rods, block art, oem headgasket, csf radaitor, 160 degree thremo, fals fan, new fan relay. car drives fine untill I dip into the boost a little, like 5 grand, then temp goes up throws coolant out of overflow, then the temp will go back down, then come back up, just back and forth. I do have the stock injectors in with my turbo sitting at 4 psi, I have not changed the waterpump either. Someone please help none of the shops I have talked to have a clue. I also disconnected the distributor and cranked it over with the radaitor cap off to see if the head gasket was blown, but nothing came out. Does anyone know if and where there is a bleeder on my car, please help.

i had the same problem i ended up having to buy a 400 dollar radiator haha. so i think it would be beter for u to just get a aftermarket radiator you'll probably want 1 later anyways just so your car wont run as hot stock radiator is not made for turbo haha.

I have the radaitor cap that came with the radaitor. it's a csf series, but the cap says up to 16 lbs, does that make a difference, thanks

I would say you may have a HG problem. Did you torque the head properly? what HG are you using? Sounds like the CC heat is getting into the jackets when you boost. Either that or your EGT's are NUTZ. What kind of ignition timing are you running?

def sounds like headgasket, when you reach boost its creating cyl pressure high enough ...

get it fixed before you warp head because eventually it will start overheating even when you dont hit boost
