i just bought a turbo kit form a guy off the net for my 99si ...big mistake right there..but anyways i have it all hooked up and im only boosting about 3psi...i have a greddy turbo kit the 18g kit with an hks ss bov, im thinking that my problem can be were does the acuator hose connect to. i have been lookin at other turbo's and they are all connecting to theother side of the turbo were it boost into the piping that runs to the intake. i have the hose hooked up to a vacumm off the fuel presure reg. please help me what do i do i NEED MORE POWER and to boost to

 

The BOV should be connected to agood source of vacuum. You have it correct.

Most likely you ahve a boost leak. Check all your connections.

Verify the wastegate is hooked up properly.
