Could this be a bad turbo?
I just got my car back from being tuned with the Hondata. The car runs great and feels really strong. This morning when I went to go warm up the car I noticed it was smoking a little bit out the exhaust. It cleared up within 5 minutes of warming up. As I was driving it everythig seemed to be same as usual. It only smoked for the first five minutes. Oh yeah the smoke was blue so I figured the seals in my turbo are going out cause this was the first time the boost had been turned up more than 8 psi ever. If you could please tell me what you all think.

yeah im from VA, but I joined the military and they stuck me in Louisiana. I just decided to keep my VA tags.
Also how much does it cost to get the valve seals replaced. They were just replaced by Jotech a little over a year ago. Could they be going bad again. And im running a JG Proseries head with stainless steel valves. Could this make the seals wear quicker?

Theres nothing wrong with your valve seals. Its common for cars to smoke a little in the morning esp. with engine mgt system. Its just the new tune the tuner put in there.

If it only burns during start-up and not when shifting or under heavy load, then you have a leak in the exhaust valve seals. the easiest way to figure out which one is to pull the exhaust manifold and look for the oil.
You can replace the seals without removing the head. You need a spring compressor or some talent.
