please help guys on my setup!! s400 borg warner vs pt67
i am wanting to upgrade to a s400 borgwarner t6 but should i stay with my current turbo wich is a pt67 t3 84ar turbine precision turbo????????? i want more power but is the s400 too big. i have a direct port nos setup sitting on the shelf. would i need a 100 shot to spool the s400 if i did get it???

Lol..... Where do you plan to fit this turbo into your CRX Engine Bay?
Do you really think your OEM Tranny is going to hold 1000hp?

Dont let the price of the turbo dictate your decision. You'll be better off with what you have, or go S300 series. I would run nothing bigger than a 72 mm turbo on that car, ASSUMING this is a track only vehicle. State your current and future power goals.

Also, why did you post this in the drag AND forced induction forums anyway? They both gonna tell you that the turbo is too big for a 1.6 to 2.0L Honda engine.
Dont let the price of the turbo dictate your decision. You'll be better off with what you have, or go S300 series. I would run nothing bigger than a 72 mm turbo on that car, ASSUMING this is a track only vehicle. State your current and future power goals.

how about this turbo would it be better tha a 60-1 garret??

jus research what people are running. your lucky to make 550hp on a 60-1 making 600hp+ hookup is easyer said than done

that S400 is a 1000+ WHP turbo. its not good for your setup
on my 5.7 liter camaro i dont even spool it in 1st gear with 3.73 rear end on an 6 speed

You can always do the T4 S366 (that uses an even nicer compresor wheel than what you have at 66mm) and it fits T4 divided flanging.
S400 wheels and housings are just so large to use in our applications, this is why these are a bit more palatable.
