Default please comment on the condition of my spark plugs

i took off the sparkplugs of my turbo charge SiR and these are what they look like:

sorry about the pic but i think it's enough to see the condition of the plugs. i'm not sure what they really mean, am i running rich or lean? what should my plugs look like to be on the safe side?

by the way, are these normal resistance reading for plug wires:
#1 - 12+ k ohms
#2 - 10+ k ohms
#3 - 8+ k ohms
#4 - 6+ k ohms

is the resistance supposed to drop as the plug wires shorten?

what cause the far left to be rich while the other is lean? by the way, the far left is cylinder #4 and far right is cylinder #1.

it's NOT a turbo kit coz a kit cost an arm and a leg from where i live. it's just a custom turbo.

Does it use secondary injectors in the intake manifold before the throttle body?

what your fuel setup? FMU? what injectors? stock? perhaps 3 bad injectors, and 1 good one...

sometimes flow rate of injectors can have that effect? maybe need to be balanced and cleaned.

i don't have an injector on the intake.

here's my fuel setup:
vortech 8:1 fmu
bosch inline fuel pump
stock injectors
stock intank pump

i use the screwdriver test on each injectors and they all of them are ticking at the same rate. i thought i'll be ok once i installed the bosch inline but it seems there's not much improvement.

how bout the spark plug wires, is it normal to have a lesser resistance when the wire gets shorter from cylinder #1 to #4?

cylinder#1 - 12.+ k ohms
cylinder#2 - 10.+ k ohms
cylinder#3 - 8.+ k ohms
cylinder#4 - 6.+ k ohms
