Default please analyze my set-up

what could cause me to make so much less power then most others with simular set-ups?
Here's my set-up as it was at the dyno
sir2 rebuilt 20k miles ago. with gs-r tranny act clutch w/17'' rims.
garrett t3t40E .57 trim .63 ar,tial 35mm wg(.65 bar), greddy intercooler, holley 255lph intank fuel pump, vortec 4:1 fmu, 310cc injectors, fields sfc fuel controller. aem adjustable fpr set at 34psi (forgot to set it back to stock). ignition wise i have a msd 6-al, ngk 7 series plugs (.034 gap) magnecor wires, stock cap and rotor (brand new).I think thats about it.
my airfuel ratio is between 11.9 and 12.4 in boost. My timing was set at 16 degrees. I put down 226whp and 160lbs of tq @ .65 bar. Why would my mumbers be so low compared to others that are making this amount of power at 5psi. I've seen so many other cars making 260whp+ on 9-10psi of boost.
What kind of engine proplems could cause this? Worn rings? Boost stays steady at about 9psi. Thanks guys i'm hoping to figure this out, I would like to make 250+whp ut don't want to up the boost.
Almost forgot i have 2.5'' dp and exhaust (hollow cat) with a 6'' resinator. i'm sure the cat is causing some of the problem being that it's not the best for flow.
