Default Planning to boost..

I have a 1995 gsr with 160k on it..strong engine..i just need to change the clutch..what do I need to boost?..can someone make me a list? I still want to keep my AC and PS..what should I stay away from? Is a precision sc61 okay? or should I go with a smaller turbo for it to spool faster?..thanks in advance..

the sc61 is a great turbo, im using it on my hatch, has nice top end to it...but if your looking for a quick spooling turbo the sc61 isnt your choice...its a nice drag turbo tho...anyway your gonna have to search to find out what all you need, there are so many options you can do, it all depends on what route you take

there is alot that goes into boosting a car. but to keep this very simple here ya go:

drag gen III kit
walbro 255
rc 550cc injectors
chipped ecu tuned on uber/crome ect ect

i had this set-up on my first turbo honda civic with a gsr swap with the 57trim t3/t04e. it made 260whp/180tq on 7psi tuend on uber and ran 12.92@116 on street tires and 12.5@112 on 22" slicks. this is just an affordable set-up that can be done reliably and have alot of fun and a/c!!!! hope this helps

Read and search first. Learn the basics. Check out the FAQ up top then if you have any questions ask. But by then I think you should have your answer.

$2499 for the kit (they are cheaper used)
$320 for the injectors (i have some right now for $225 shipped if you are interested)
$90 for the fuel pump
$150 for a chipped p28
$280 for tuning

the car already had a 2.5" exhuast so more power could have been made with a 3". and i was 7 psi running off of the wastegate spring..no boost controller
