Default Which pipes to buy for setup? (DC2, inlinepro, sc61)

I did a search, but couldn't find exactly what I am looking for. What kinda bends should I buy to do my own intercooler piping for my GSR w/inlinepro manifold and sc61? Though, I haven't found or decided on a intercooler yet.

And where does everyone recommend to buy them? So far I've mostly seen JCWhitney...

Thanks in advance

I dont know about making your own. It would be a lot of work. You can buy a kit for like $300+ but the user "beerbongskickass" said he got his made for $150 or something.........

I bought mine from Jc whintey, total was $78 shipped for 3 180 U bends and 2 90 degree bends. It was enough to complete my piping and im running Inline pro mani/precision sc34

It wasn't very difficult the reason I chose to DYI, is because Revhard prefabbed piping was $405 for piping, couplers, and worm clamps

It wasnt very hard at all I just removed bumper, placed intercooler where it would be mounted, did some measurements, marked my piping and had Jotech cut it and tony1 weld in a few places. I blinged it up with some aluminum 500vht paint from autozone($4.99) and it looks awesome. I had no fitment issues at all you just got to be creative and take your time.

Also I got my silicone from http://www.atpturbo.com only $6 per hose
http://www.vecco.net Tbolt clamps for $3.79

Total i spent $78 for piping, about $57 on hoses(included 2 transitions), clamps were a b-day present but $3.79 x 10-12 clamps, bov flange $25, and welding $30
Just over $200 if you add it up

I saved $200 by doing it myself, I figured if I was going to save any $ on my project I would do it here so I could more $ on key parts like Turbo /manifold

Heres some pics of the final product if you wanna check it out

Hope this helps and feel free to pm me if you have any questions.

accordinglydone.com/store <--KTeller8's store.

You can also try Jegs. They have pretty decent prices for piping. I ordered a couple U-bends and J-bends for my IC piping and DP.

Inline sells i/c piping also....You may have to make some mods to make em fit....They are polished aluminum so they should be blingin too....Give em a call....703-644-1788

JC Whitney is pretty much the best place for your IC piping unless you dont mind going to a muffler shop at night and digging through their trash looking for some good bends they decided to throw out......

DIY will save you about $200.....
