not bad for diy hey how did you make that mani. did you blow the two inside ports out after you weld it all together...do you have any pics of the inside of the flang? cause im gonna make one just like that.

not bad for diy hey how did you make that mani. did you blow the two inside ports out after you weld it all together...do you have any pics of the inside of the flang? cause im gonna make one just like that.






The manifold and intercooles were welded otgetehr by jon @thedropshop. Those are 2 saab sidemoutn intercoolers welded together, i got them both for about $30 at a local junkyard

The welds look rough o nthe intercooler's because the cores were different sizes. The brownish colored 1 is about 1/2" smaller, so he had to fill in a half inch gap all the way down. The manifold welds look sexy, its going in my **** folderr for wackin material

does the manifold lay flat on a smooth surface like glass..? maybe it's the picture or my eyes but the left side of the manifold doesn't look that straight... potential leak..?

yay, I cant wait to get my drain kit from stan so i can put it on (heh) Its not stan's fault tho, it was a custom ordered drain kit

but if you need aluminized or aluminum bends let me know
my prices are cheaper then all of those


Accordinglydone.com/store

alum are in the FI secton for IC piping and Intakes
aluminized 14 guage for downpipes and manifolds are in the exhaust section
