I figured it was 4th. 3rd with 500+ would be nuts. Is the trans stock or running different ratios?

Eagles are fine for up to 600 whp.
If you plan on making much more I would go with a better rod.

I have made 650+ on eagle rods without issues.

My problem is I'm not sure how long will I want to stay at the 500 whp level . I've only had a mid 300 whp car .so I'm working my way up.
