Default Phantom Boost Leak

I've been boosted for about two weeks now, and I simply can't figure out where this boost leak is coming from. I'm usuing a Deltagate MKII at 7psi. Here are the symptoms
When the engine is below normal opperating temperature, it will boost to 7psi with no problems or hesitation whatsoever.
Once it reaches normal opperating temperature, it tops out at 5psi
If I take the vaccum source off of the wastegate, it will boost as high as my foot on the throttle will allow it to, without any problems or hesitation
I check ALL the piping connectors twice, the BOV, the check valves at the MAP sensor, changed the wastegate vaccum source from the compressor to the Brake Booster to the FPR, adjusted the wastegates setting via the screw on the top, and none of those attempts changed the situation at all.

Any ideas?

Bump.
Also thought I'd add that when the boost gauge reads slightly in vaccum and I relase the throttle, the BOV sounds as if it's discharging, just like when the gauge reads boost. Is it possible that my boost gauge is off? It's an Autometer Mechanical unit

mine does that when it's at 2-4 on the vaccum

except i can boost to 7psi all the time with no leak

It almost seems like it's got to be either the gauge or the wastegate, because without the wastegate connected to a vacuum source, it'll boost as high as I want it to, and with the wastegate connected to a vacuum souce, it'll bost to 5psi when the engine is warmed up and 7psi (where I want it) when its cold. WTF?

Just incase anyone was wondering, I narrowed it down to my wastegate, which for some reason insists on opening 2 psi early, so I just raised the boost with a manual boost controller
