Peicing together a turbo kit
What all is required for a low boost (7-8 psi) turbo kit on a 4th gen prelude?
Turbo
Intercooler
Piping
Turbo manifold
BOV
Wastegate
Oil lines
boost guage
ECU
thats what i got so far, just basic stuff that came to mind.
What are good brands for these parts? for the turbo, im thinking a t3/t4, spearco intercooler, and Hondata ECU. I think im going more for a stealth look/sound. Venting the BOV into the back into the intake, quiet wastegates routed into the down pipe. not going for mad power, just some more power.
Im a turbo noob, so please help and dont bash me too hard
edit:
the motor is a h22a vtec
also, i forgot to ask, are the so called' turbo headgaskets' any good? I heard they were stronger to take the boost and a bit thicker to drop the compression ratio a couple points. are these any good or a waste of money?

looks like youve got it all covered..but realize that you will be spending a lot more money on tons of little things, so just be prepared...i bought a prebuilt kit, and i am still having to spend a lot on miscellaneous stuff.
