P06 ECU codes HELP!!!!

I have a 95gsr db8 with a 2000 ls motor and a 99 gsr harness and i am trying to get it started with a p06 ecu and it is throwing 2 engine codes 16 and 9. if anyone knows where to get the engine codes for a p06 obd1 ecu let me know asap thanks! the car starts but it idles a little rough and it smells like fuel really bad.

The engine codes are the same as any other OBD-1 Honda.
8 TDC - top dead centre sensor

26 is not showing up as a valid code...
