Default Overheating problems

here's my setup:
Greddy turbo kit for sohc
450 cc DSm
255 walbro fuel pump
VAFC
msd 6a
b&m fuel regulator
2 1/2 exhaust
ngk plugs gap at .032
del sol vtec radiator

Everytime i run the car hard a few times... my car starts to overheat.... but drops If I start driving normal. I am boosting 10lbs. My autometer a/f gauges says I'm running rich and one or two yellow box in stoich. Am i running lean? I am currently using the VAFC hack. I do not hear any detonation. Anyone of yall guys got any suggestion ? Thanks in advance

Are you sure you don't have air trapped in your cooling system?

I'm not sure about that, but that is a good idea, could that be the reason why my car is behaving like that? because when I put the headback together and installed a new thermostat. Filled the motor with fluid, but never pump the air out..I remember my brother did it for me the first time before I blew the headgasket, but not after. I am going to try that, but is there any other suggestion too ? Thanks
