1) How long it work (I buy a new one 8 months ago and I think it is broken).
2) All the 4 cables Oxygen sensors are the same, or my car use a "special one" (the catallog parts numbers are different for civic, prelude and integra...)?
3) Is possible that a bad oxygen sensor don't report a code error to the ECU?
4) If the sygnal from the sensor is very low (below 0.3 volts), my ECU think that is needed more fuel and tell the injectors to open long?

1)With a turbo it is quite possible it will only last 8 months.
2)They are not all the same, but I have heard of people using ones off other cars or universal ones. Just use your stock connector and solder wires.
3)I guess if it never goes out of the operating range it might not report a code. Theoretically, it could be fucked up and not give you a code.
4)Yes
Are you sure it is the O2 sensor that is giving you trouble. There are a lot of other things on the car that could give you those kind of symptoms.

Dutchie, I need to congratulate you, because your ansvers are very concrette and direct (this is that I finf in a forum).

Last night I make some tests and the car with the Oxygen sensor disconnected work fine, and after you cannect it it make the trouble.

Today I trie with a prelude sensor to see if the fail go.

In reference to my car today I change the oxygen sensor and all work fine.
