Overheating issue wont go away please help.
So I purchased a dual core radiator and a 12 inch push or pull slim fan. Set everything up and had the fan push mode car would over heat if I dip into boost to long. So then I set it up as a pull and car would still overheat if I dip into boost mode to long. It's like I can achieve boost and if I stay in it for to long my car temp jumps. Any idea's as to how I can rid this over heating issue. My cooling setup is Aluminum dual core radiator, 12 inch slim fan.

First question is Did it do it before you messed with the new radiator? if thats a yes i would suspect A) Head gasket, take off the rediator cap(before its screaming *** hot) and look for bubbles, if you see bubbles, gasket is defiantly blown. B) Possible sticking t-stat, but unlikely. C) Make sure the fan is coming on, you might have a bad switch, relay, or even a bad "new" part. If it wasnt overheating before then its something you did. Did you get all the air out of the system?
I would guess most likely a blown head gacket or fan not coming on. Just because its not smoking doesnt mean you dont have a bad gasket. Do a compression test.

It was overheating before with the stock paper thin radiator and stock fan. But not as fast with this new radiator. The stock would keep it cool and if I got on it temp would go up but to about 209 and stop and slowly decline. The new setup the temps climb to 250 and I have to pull over pop the hood and let it run and cool down with added help. I was told by another friend saying the system has air in it also. However no bubbles what so ever. Fan comes on and right now I have it wired as a push option and car runs cool. But if I get on it temp goes up so I relax. How would I remove the air out the cooling system If there is any?

Have you let the car warm up with the rad cap off? At some point, when the thermostat opens, you should see the water inside the radiator begin to move around as it begins flowing through the engine. If it doesn't start moving, you may have a stuck thermostat (stuck closed). Don't let the car run with the cap off for too long or it will just boil the coolant out. Put the cap on when you see movement, or the coolant begins bubbling out. Put the cap on before you turn the car off, or it will boil over right away. (When you turn the engine off, the water around the sleeves quits moving, and quickly boils.)
Also, is the car just getting hot (well over 190), or is it blowing coolant out of the release port / recovery tank? If compression is blowing past the head gasket and pressurizing the cooling system, it will sometimes just blow past the relief valve. You don't always get white smoke with a bad gasket.
So in addition to the possible bad timing, you may have a bad gasket, water pump, or rad cap.
Hope that helps,
Craig

Its kinda hard to just guess at it w/o doing tests. There should be a bleed valve on the upper water neck on the block. Try bleeding it there. Also this funnel is alot of help to me at work. Its handy to have even if it doesnt solve the issue. Its only $25 http://www.lislecorp.com/tool_...l=244
After that I would check the compression or do a leak down test either one will rule out a blown head gasket.
How old are the water pump and t-stat? replace them if they are old.
If you still dont find anything I would start to suspect your setup is faulty. The fan might not be moving enough air, The timing might be out, Is it running lean, Turbos generate an enourmous amount of heat---is you exhaust too small---too small intercooler

Thanks I'm going to have to drop the car off at the performance shop and have them run the test for me. All I know is before I swapped the stock radiator and fan out the car would stay cool for a longer while then just heating up as it does so quickly with the new setup.

before you pay a shop, take your front bumper or hood off and drive the car, if it doesnt overheat then you have a airflow problem.

So I opened the cap today and put back my stock cap from my stock setup and drove the car hard for and hour straight and car is cool doesn't pass 185. The fan is set up and a puller now. My other issue now is the hot air that is drawn off the radiator is being sucking in by the turbo now since it sits directly behind the radiator / slim fan setup. Will I lose HP if I fab up a 3inch tube feeding the turbo cool air from another location.
What does everyone else do when the turbo is sitting behind the radiator / fan setup?

ive seen a intake charge pipe used to get cooler air.

one of the best investments, you can get 99.9% of the air out unless you use a vaccum type system

it might be your fan, if you have an autozone fan fyi they only flow 600cfm which is less than stock.
