overheating issue
i got my car back that i sold to a buddy after it was stolen and he rebuilt it and put a ls-vt in it, head gasket was bad so i had that fixed today and a few other topend seals. the problem is, is that if it is driven for a long period of time it overheats a bit. supposedly brand new tstat and waterpump. radiator is a fullrace. it is untuned with just a basemap and 4lbs of boost. any idea what it could be? i wasnt smahin on it and never really took it about 4k.
there is a egt gauge in the car but have not bunged the downpipe yet, it sits in heatwrap on the boostflow manifold and it was reading 8 the whole time.

stay out of boost until its tuned.
Forced induction creates more heat then an NA set up.
Make sure fan is pressed right up to rad.
If your using one of those cheap plastic "slim fans" get rid of it and buy a real fan:

^^ that will be the LAST fan youll ever need to buy.
PM me if you dont know the proper procedure to bleed the cooling system.
