Default opinions on this intercooler

I stumbled across this "custom" intercooler while browsing around. This guy sells them on eBay. What are your opinions about it's flow, efficiency, and possible fit on a '95 GSR? --basically, how well would this thing work on my '95 GSR, with ~5-10 lbs. of boost?

Click here for full details about it.

It's dimensions are:
width: 30"
height: 5"
depth: 2"

But, it looks like they can be had at almost any height. Only the depth and the width are unchangable.

Thanks for any input.

Definitely!

Here's a pic I found of it in front of an eclipse. Would it fit and function well in a G3 GSR?

Looks kinda odd ball but seems like it has it's point.
Wide and short probably have less restriction due to straight flow instead of tradition tall intercoolers. Air like to travel faster as straight as possible.
Mount could be a problem.

hmm, yeah... looks like you get 8 rows if you're lucky... some of these cores apparently only have 7 rows depending on where the cut off the big core was made...

but with a long slim IC, the air wont have a whole lot of time to be "cooled". you'd want to maximize the time the air spends in the IC, so it'll be cooled more. streamlining is good but too streamlined is bad (IMO).

tall and narrow IC's, should have baffles on the inside that distribute air as it enters the IC, and the air should also be "funneled" out of the IC. I tried explaining to somebody a while back why you need a baffled IC. I did up some pics, if you want I can post them up when I get home.

That thing looks hilarious!!!!!! I dont think it would fit very well on your GSR. The height seems so tiny too, I just dont think it would flow that much.

It will fit. I have one at my house. I put it up against my friend's Integra and it will fit fine. There has to be a little inside bumper trimming, but that's to be expected anyway.

I can't say anything about the efficiency because I don't know much about that, but I can tell you it does fit fine.

I emailed the guy and he has more available. The entanks won't be polished anymore though cuz it takes too long. $315 I believe.
