i would but i dont think its fixable 2 of the major cracks that the pipe is spltting at are right into the middle of the manifold where it cant be reached unless probably disassembled

Like it or not, your gonna have to suck it up and purchase a new manifold from someone else, send the broke one back to Matt, and hope it gets returned so you can sell it and recoupe some of your loss.

i'm no welding expert, but it looks like the pipes were butted together and then welded cold? there's hardly any weld holding that thing together!

You are correct, I think I stated that awhile back. Welds look really cold

W O W. i've been reading all of these One-Fab posts for the last 2 hours. i owe someone Paypal money for all of the reading material.

i can't believe this Matt guy...at least, he answered in this thread (he didn't answer in the 18 page thread i read earlier). i'm not playing Online Thug or anything, but i'm ready to pack a nine, and drive to Philly to knock on some eBay sellers door, and he only scammed me for $51.00. you folks have a lot of patience...

Hint: i think Matt uses JB Weld for his manifolds.

Good luck.

Not being a dick, but I love how all you guys buy turbo manifolds from shops like "cc-fab, 1-fab, pro-fab" yada yada yada. All i hear is complaints how they crack and all this BS, then you say you saved over $400 from full-race.

So what, are you guys honestly paying 300-400 for this junk? My ssautochrome manifold has been holding for 14 months now with not 1 single problem. I paid $150 for it back when they were pricey, now they can be had for about $100 to your door. It is quite comical how anyone is willing to lay down hundreds of dollars for a "custom manifold" and then this happens.

If my manifold ever cracks or gives me sealing issues witht he turbo flange I'll just buy a brand new Ramhorn style for $150 to my door, I will have it in 2-3 days. This way, if they crack once a year I still save money.

Now that is logic.

i really cant blame them about your wastegate fitment issues. remember that you are buying an off the shelf manifold that wasent fitted to your car. so expect it ti hit something here and there. manifoldmight have been jigged and fitted to runa 38mm WG i see you have a 44mm.

The welds are something to complain about though
