If you cant send it back right away then I really cant do the same.
I will send you another one without having that one back but you have to work with me on time. I have to work with other orders that im behind on as well.

If you can send that one back, I can get you another one faster or fix that one.
If you need the current one and its your only car, thats fine as well, but you have to work with me as well.
I havent heard from you in a while
Im not going to check this thread agian, so please email me.

Does he use Sch40 tubing for his manifolds? From the pics, that tubing looks thin as hell! The welds definetly suck. They are cold as hell, and I bet the penetration is horrible.

When you say "he doesn't add filler" do you mean he needs too add more, or he doesn't seem too use any?

I'm not sticking up for Matt in anyway! But either his welding is getting better or someone else is welding them now. On my one-fab top mount that i got about two months ago, the welds looked like they were pretty hot. The head flange was warped almost .40, thats what the machinist told me anyway. The welds diffently dont look like the welds pictured on this post. I just hope mine doesnt crack, and if I does I sure in the Hell wont be sending it back to him. It took long enough to get the damn thing.

depends on what you are fusing together , 8 Gauge manifold runners no not a good idea unless you are purging and using the right steps , but he is not do to the cracking

So you're saying its acceptable to not add filler as long as its purged and thick enough??

hey i order my manifold 3 mouths ago for a Moore Haven Auto Parts store and well im also still waiting. Matt does not respond well to any thing. I am still awaiting a tracking order number and i hope he reads all of these post and starts to realize that people will keep him in business if he tightens up on his **** and sends the stuff out and work with the customers and keep them informed. Why would he wand to keep that busted up manifold of cores he will send it back but make people wait 3 to 9 months get real. hire some help spend some of your money to make a **** load. Matt if you see this post you need to get back to us at Moore Haven Auto Parts ASAP we need to get some things worked out or well i like good business so we wont go there i know you are costing me a hole heap of money and well you cold make some more if you tighten up.

From my experience thus far, I wouldn't do fusion welding on anything other than say a down pipe, or exhaust. If it's thick and has a bevel, I think its always better too add filler.
