he sent me an email saying he had nothing for me and if i wanted to get my money contact my credit card and have them do a charge back and he wotn dispute it. contacted the credit card company the next day, they sent me a forum and i filled it out and sent them some other pics and his email and a letter and about 3 weeks later got a call that my money is being returned and ill see if it in my account

if i was you i would look into getting products by turbojesse.... his manifolds are awsome and ive yet to hear of one cracking... also till the end of this month his ramhorn manifolds are 450 shipped, i dont think youll find a better deal...

That situation really sucks since Stan is one of the few guys in this business that really stands behind his word.All the people that have been screwed by One-Fab should get together and really pursue this whether it be through the courts or through a personal visit?Stan gets in my book

To sum it up, it is a very shitty situation and unfortunately a lot of good people in the industries goe affected one way or another.
I believe I am the largest that Matt still owes, $ 13,000 so far up to date. This will be the final figure since the alst customer that we charged on One-Fab's behalf had finally filed a charge back and had the money taken out of our account.
So, I am $13,000 (THIRTEEN THOUSANDS DOLLARS) in debt because of the whole ordeal and I was doing it initially to help a friend and his business out. It put a dent on me personally just because it makes me think what I get after trying to help someone...

I couldn't imagine spending $800-1000 on a manifold and not getting it for 8 months. At that point I buy a new car and move on.. and then it cracks? Jesus thats ridiculous.
+1 on the SSAC thing.. they may be **** (they claim to be TIG welded now..?) but it will last you until you get your "quality" manifold.
I think what happened is Matt wanted to catch up on his orders and started cutting corners and overall f*cking up. He isn't a bad welder, just can't do everythig himself (including handling all of the calls + complaints.. I'd freak out too).
So try not to be too hard on the guy.

Hard on the guy? Did you not read that one of his FRIENDS got ripped off for $13,000? That was a "friend", Imagine how he would treat people he doesnt know. Thats more than some people make in a year. I get pissed off when I realize the cashier gives me change for a 5 when I gave them a 10. I would have to say that is blatant, vicious, thanks for letting me expletive your mom, theft.
