Default ONEFAB manifold problems

*recent pics of it getting worse added page 5*

i bought a one fab manifold last summer. first problem is when i went to install it. the waste gate didnt even fit. (picture 1) so i had to pay more to have it fixed and an elbow put on so i coule put my waste gate on. that wasnt a huge deal but after a month of use it started cracking bad. it cracked at almost every runner and around the merge. well i called matt at onefab and told him the problem asked what i should do. he was cool and said he would replace it with no problem. well a few months went by and i called again. he said he was busy and would get it out. no problem i wasnt in a rush. well 9 months later i really started to getworried i wasnt gonna get it in time for my tune i left him several emails and phone calls and he gets back to me once saying he was busy and will get it out wensday well 10 months and no manifold or anything and i was forced to go tune with this manifold which is cracked all over. i didnt pay the money for a manifold that cracked this much. i wish i woulda went full race top mount. heres some pictures. any way to fix this. the money i paid for this and the money already into it to fix it is just ******* rediculous. heres some pics

waste gate not fitting:

new elbow i needed to get put on :

cracks (some are fixed u can see the new tig beads on the fixed runners:

cracks u can see the dark lines where it split and where the other cracks were fixed:

the beads above the metal on the left were redone to cover crack by tig welding. the others were his and they looked just fused with no filler but not 100%

Yeah, I have a friend who got an H22 manifold and it is cracking pretty bad at this point (less than 3 months of not very serious use)

I wouldnt send it back...you might not get it returned at this point.

from my experience, "seaming" looks good as hell but i would rather add a bit more filler and have it hold

Very sad... Here I am thinking they are a great company with a great product, and lately I just hear of them going downhill... This is not the first person I have heard having issues with their products and/or customer service... But I guess if you want to be optimistic about it, there are still way more people satisfied with their manifolds than people that have had issues... Sucks that they cant get you taken care of in a more expedient manner though...

Good luck with everything...

well after hearing what sound to be a nasty exaust leak i lift my hood to search around and find a nasty hole now. and i think the flange is warped and leaking bad it turned my head black and my hood and ontop my valve cover. dam this keeps just falling apart and i got no money to replace it with a new one or change to another company and have to get a new downpipe and intercooler pipe and go 5 1/2 hours to be retuned

red circle is where the crack is, its an acutally chunk missing i can fit a screwdriver in

flange leaking really bad

and all i get from him is no response or lies. its getting worse and worse

Man, that really sucks. I seriously doubt you'll ever get any resolution from One-Fab.

the ONLY persons flange i have NOT had to have milled down: was phil from SPOOLINperformance

his flanges were dead on straight, and have had no issues from his products, and his communication with the customers is what keeps people going back

I have no problem Taking care of it with a new manifold that wont crack ever agian.
If you cant send it back right away then I really cant do the same.
I will send you another one without having that one back but you have to work with me on time. I have to work with other orders that im behind on as well.

If you can send that one back, I can get you another one faster or fix that one.
If you need the current one and its your only car, thats fine as well, but you have to work with me as well.
I havent heard from you in a while
Im not going to check this thread agian, so please email me.

it's ok. just take a break from the car while you wait for a new manifold. shall we say... 10months? 1 year?
