Okay, I really need help here
What would prevent me from spooling past 2-3 psi? I mean, I had this problem with my ct-26 turbo from an mkIII supra as well as a t3 with a .60 ar from a merkur. I'm just so frustrated right now. A couple of times I was able to hit 5-6 psi with the t3 but I haven't been able to ever since. Any help would be appreicated!
MAP Sensor?

I am running a check valve system and to the best of my knowledge, it is hooked up correctly. I have not thrown any codes at all. As well, I am not running a boost controller. I have an internal wastegate which is disconnected and the wastegate itself is shut. I am not able to boost more than 2-3 psi and at first I thought it may have been my charge piping, but I bypassed the intercooler and ran the tubing from the compressor straight to the t.b. and still, only 2-3 psi. I'm wondering if it could be in the construction of the manifold, or if there is something wrong with my engine. But the big question I have is why won't it produce more than 3 psi? If it were in fact my map sensor, wouldn't I be throwing a code and as well, is there anyway that my engine would prevent the turbo from producing more than 3 psi? I don't think so and that is why I feel that it may be something wrong with my engine, but what could it be? Thanks again for the suggestions.
