dry compression 180.150.180.180.
my cyls 1 and 4 were pretty good with the leakdown
#2 was leaking hardcore out of the exhaust valves(at least we heard it coming out of my downpipe)
#3 i believe was coming back out of the intake.
tests were done at both tdc and bdc
im a little lost, my timing appears to be pretty dead on, and the fact that 1 and 4 turned out ok kinda reaffirms that for me. perhaps a bent valve or 2 could be to blame? im not really sure.
motor is a low compression sleeved lsvtec, b18a block, b16a head

how many miles on the head? valves adjusted properly? if they are tight then that will happen, or if they were tight, it may have burned an exh valve.
