So as I was getting something outta my trunk today I noticed that there was oil on my tailpipe! No blue smoke just black oil.

On my lunch break I drove home and did a compression test... 210 across the boards and plugs looked clean.

Sounds like the turbo seals to me... what about you?

I also quickly popped off the IC piping and it was clean so is that common that the exhaust seal bust before the compressor seal? I thought it was the other way around. Well I gotta pull off the DP and Turbo when I got time

 

You sure it was oil? Alot of the time condensation can mix with the carbon buildup and form an oily substance. This happens to me all the time.

Ive seen blown seals spit oil into the downpipe, but it also blows a huge cloud of blue smoke.

How would that happen? I can't think of anything causing the oil to combust.
