If you tapped the oil pan too low than that is your problem. The drain line has too much restriction so oil is blowing by your seals into your intake. I'd be more worried about the gobs of oil that may getting into your intake manifold than the oil coming out of the BOV.

So oil IS coming out of your BOV for sure? Take off the piping and check it out.
If there is oil all over inside the compressor housing than you have a blown seal.
Post ups pics of your feed and drain lines for us too check out.

I took off my turbo setup already...and there is oil in my piping...is it possible to have oil in my piping because of the oil return is too low instead of a broken oil seal?

It is possible. Pressurizing the cartridge will make the seals fail, but not immediately. Oil will leak before the seals actually give out, so if you correct the problem quickly you may luck out and not have to rebuild the turbo.
