Oil return question for Precision SC series on Inline Pro mani...45+45 or 45+straight?
I searched and couldn't find any posts with any useful working pics. I would assume that every manifold/turbo combo is different, but this is a pretty common setup. Instead of buying a turbo flange with a 1/2" NPT female, then buying an adapter, I'm going to get one with the -10AN male. My problem is deciding whether to get 2 - 45 degree AN swivel fittings or 1 straight and 1 - 45 degree. Money isn't the issue, so I really don't care if I save $13 on the straight fitting, I just want the best fit. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, guys. Although 2 of you have used a straight with a 90, I've read that 45 degree fittings allow it to drain more smoothly.

I agree, but I don't have any pictures, because I haven't gotten the parts yet.

By the sound of what you're looking for, I would suggest mounting the turbo/manifold and then get a look at how your setup is going to be, and what you feel would work best with the room that you are given.
Or you could buy multiple fittings and just return the ones that you don't use. Good luck

Re: (stealthmode62)
We do tons of Inline pro manifold installs.
Come off the turbo with a 45 pointing stlighty forward. Come off it with a straight AN to the pan just under the ac bracket to a 45 swivel. The fitting in the pan needs to be a short straight AN welded in. That will clear a 3" down pipe ans lower charge tube with room to spare.
We use Flamenco s drain kit and has everything you need.
Hope this make sense. IM me if you need pics.

Re: (CRVRX)
stealthmode62, I was thinking about buying 2 fittings, but I'm hoping to avoid that.
CRVRX, this has been my second attempt to buy something from Stan. He must be overwhelmed with business or something, and his website is down. This will be slightly better, anyway. I will be using this flange:
...and instead of using the 45 adapter, use 2 - 45 swivel fittings on the ends. It should work well. Thanks for the help.
