No, they have bolt on oil return flanges that bolt onto the pan...
I have never used one, but I have friends that have them and don't have problems with them...
Just make sure you seal that sucker! You don't want it leaking...

I hadn't seen the picture... the flange in the picture looks to be the flange that bolts to the turbo, not the pan.

been using a "bolt on" one for about 6000 miles. not the same style but no leaks just have to do it right. but welding would be a sure way of it not leaking

You can use the drain flanges that were designed for the oil outlet. It's still three holes and hopefully a gasket. Wether you put it on the turbo or the oil pan, it does the same thing.

Yah i would rather weld it myself too but i dont have access to a welder so i figured i could just bolt one in as long as i hear good reviews about them.
