Oil restrictor garret turbo
Tried searching can't seem to find the info needed hoping someone can help
Need to no what size restrictor is needed for the Garrett t28 turbo journel bearing removed from a Nissan pulsar gtir. The turbo will be going on a Honda b18c4

hmmmm....that turbo isn't going to keep up at all in the higher revs with that motor, it's too small....but as far as a restrictor goes.... you are supposed to use an oil pressure gauge at the turbo to determine what pressure you have/need and use a restrictor based on that..... but a .080 or .065 is PROBABLY a safe bet.

Yeah turn is pretty small and will run out of breath in the higher rpms. Generally with Garrett turbos you run straight engine oil pressure to them, no restrictor.

Thanks for the Fast response. I am aiming for low down midrange power. Anyone no where I can get a 0.65 oil restrictor from? Also isit the size 0.65 inch restrictor ?
