Default Oil restrictor

All this talk about oil restrictors I'm quite confused... I have a t3/t4 bb turbo.. what size should I use to fit perfectly... LS block and pump.

use a .035" restrictor. they make bolt on ones and 1/8 NPT

use a .035 restrictor for ball bearing t3/t4 turbos and gt ball bearing turbos
use a .065 resttrictor for non ball bearing turbos and gt ball bearing turbos gt40 or larger
