ball bearing turbo?????????
how do u tell the difference from a regular t3/t4 and a t3/t4 ball bearing by looking at them? is there any noticable differences?

Try spinning it with your hand. If its a ball bearing..it sill spin very easily, and keep spinning for a second or two. The non ball bearings are harder to spin (without oil in the bearings at least) and stop very quick.
