oil pressure gauge question

Default oil pressure gauge question

what oil pressure guage are you guys running? the reason I ask is becuase Im thinking about running the auto-meter one but do not like that skinny *** plastic straw line Are there any better ones out there?

You can get the autometer electric oil pressure guages. Those use an electric sending unit instead of the mechanical gauges using a direct feed line into the gauge.

Do you think they are pretty accurate? thanks for the reply I was wondering if anyone made a gauge with SS line.

i'm running the autometer mechanical, but replaced the nylon line with steelbraided lines.

ok so why would you want to run hot *** oil to your cockpit? just get a mechanical

i think you mean for him to just get an electrical.

however, i've had no problems with my mechanical gauge and oil leaks in my cockpit.
