Just wondering if anyone has ever welded a bung on the inside of the oil pan. Any clearance issues? The bung that I'm using is about 1/4" thick, I'm just trying to conserve space around the oil pan so that the line so it's not too close to my downpipe.

make sure its not aluminium i know a guy whos blew off when he was driving now he has to swap out his motor

that sounds to small.. way to small


hell i used a 3/4" piece of black iron pipe.
