The oil lines that came with my turbo dont exactly fit..at all. The return line would fit fine if the fitting on the turbo was rotated like 120 degrees, so i removed the bolts from the compressor side and removed the bolts from the exhaust side with the exception of two that wont come all the way out. The cold side of the turbo rotates freely, but i need the exhaust side to spin too. Which it wont...how do i rotate the middle section of the turbo?

By removing the bolts (1/2" I believe) from both the compressor housing and the exhaust housing should allow both housing to move independently. Just move them around until they are where they need to be. This might require some heat on the exhaust housing to expand the housing enough to allow it to move.

 

Your solution is a hammer. Turbine housings fear the hammer.

yeah the turbine housing is a little difficult to move especially after its been mounted for a while.
