Default Correct position for turbo

Sorry for all the noob questions, but i am...first time doing this.

I'm pretty sure i know which way the turbo mounts and faces, but my question is what do you loosen in order to swivel the turbo itself so it's facing the right direction? Don't want to tear the whole thing apart when i can just ask a simple question on here.

orienting the turbo housings like that is called 'clocking'

there should be a few bolts on the inner side of the compressor housing. loosen these and the whole housing should swivel.

btw: thanks for serving.

your oil feed should be facing up and your oil draing should have direct feed straight down. first clock the turbine side(exhaust) side make sure that the feeds are lined up right. The threaded section should be up top and the drain sied should be flanged one. You should be able to remove 6 bolts and clock it.

Same for compressor which should be done after you get your exhaust side sorted out.
