Default Oil Feed/Return Q's

I need to make the T fitting coming out of the block for my OSU and to the turbo. I heard not to use the fitting coming right off the back though, as it might stress and break. What can I do instead to get this to work?

Also, I don't have the fitting for the oil pan. Can I get one of these at Discount, or who has them available?

If you don't get his just get a -10 (or whatever size you are using) to 1/2" NPT adapter and hacksaw the NPT threads off. Instant weld on adapter!

For the feed, just run 1 ft of line to the tee, and then your pressure sender and turbo feed from the tee. Zip tie the tee to something on the firewall.

I have both the oil pan adapter and the tee fitting for the back of the block asd well as the BSPT to NPT adapter to reduce stress of cracking the block..

here's the pic of my setup..

the silver adapter between the block and the Tee is the adapter

here's the complete pic

So, which adapter do I use?

Coming out of the block, it's a -10 or whatever right? So, I need a T fitting that's metric w/ 2 male, 1 female connector right? -10 all around so that the OSU will plug in to it and so I can use the male end to clamp on the oil feed line.

What side fuel line should I use BTW for that?

Stan - Do you still have the 1/8" BSPT to 1/8" NPT adapters for sale?

Flamenco, this is what I was trying to say:

The block and the Oil Pressure Switch have M10 threads. So I need a metric T fitting that has those same threads. 1 w/ a male end to go in to the block, another male end for the hose to go over and clamp on (Going to the turbo), and a female for the OPS to plug back in.

OR

Take a dual male nippled M10 fitting, screw it in to the block w/ fuel line clamped to the other nipple. Run that out to the firewall to another dual male nipple M10 fitting that screws in to the 2 female, 1 male T fitting. Have the OPS screw in to the other female hole in the T fitting, and then have the fuel line going to the turbo slide over the 1 male nipple and clamped down...

BTW, Flamenco, do you still have those T fittings and the fittings for the oil pan (The one I actually drill in to the oil pan, not the one on the turbo return feed).

yes, I still have the oil fitting to the oil pan..

Not one machines shop that I know will make a metric Tee fittings...and I deal with hose and fittings shops quite a bit...

to expensive to make and not enough demand....

your best bet is to use the adapter, the tee and voila...

simple, less possible leaks and cheap..
