oil drip from muffler and turbo
alright, i just put on a new turbo and head, started the car and about 15 mins into the car running, theres a little oil residue/drip from the muffler tip and some oil drips coming outta the turbo opening itself. theres no leaks from the oil lines though... hrmm what could be the problem? turbo rings maybe??

there isnt a thing called turbo rings. u have turbo seals. they somehow might be blown already? maybe u got a freak oil leak through the head gasket threw the exhuast valves and into the turbo?

Re: oil drip from muffler and turbo (wade)
hrmmm thats a possibility... how bad/much is it to replace these turbo seals? oh yeah and there was oil leaking through the flange part of my downpipe next to the turbo, but it seems like a bad weld job on the dp.. and the turbo does spool fine, sounds good too... just the freakin' oil prob.. plus i checked my pipes and see no oil there, just somehow oils down on the muffler and turbo...
